MONITORING
From AAHAM’s National Headquarters in Washington, D.C. the hearings of selected Senate and House committees are monitored for legislative trends and emerging bills on health care finance issues. Regulations and rule changes are tracked through consultation with the Health Care Financing Administration and other government and industry sources.

Condensed into brief news capsules, this vital information is disseminated to AAHAM members in the national newsletter, Legislative Currents, published eight times per year. Currents plays a key role in helping health care administrators stay on the cutting edge of their field.
